Rajmeyraa's – Thessara Hair Oil

At Rajmeyraa's, every bottle of Thessara is crafted with care using premium botanical ingredients and undergoes quality checks before dispatch. Due to the personal care nature of our products, we follow a transparent and customer-focused return and refund policy.

1. Returns

For hygiene and safety reasons, Thessara Hair Oil cannot be returned once the product has been opened or used.

However, we gladly accept returns if:

  • You receive a damaged product.
  • You receive the wrong product.
  • The product is leaking or has been damaged during transit.
  • The product is past its expiry date upon delivery.

Any return request must be initiated within 48 hours of delivery.

2. How to Request a Return

  • Order Number
  • Name and Contact Number
  • Clear photographs of:
    • The product
    • The outer packaging
    • The shipping label
    • The issue observed

Our team will review your request within 2 business days.

3. Refunds

Once your claim has been verified, you may choose either:

  • A full refund, or
  • A replacement product (subject to stock availability).

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We are unable to accept returns or issue refunds if:

  • The product has been opened or used.
  • The request is made after 48 hours from delivery.
  • Damage has occurred due to misuse or improper storage.
  • The customer changes their mind after purchase.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders may be cancelled before dispatch for a full refund.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Shipping Charges

If the return is due to:

  • Our error,
  • A damaged shipment, or
  • An incorrect item,

Rajmeyraa's will bear all return shipping costs.

For all other situations, shipping charges are non-refundable.
